Damages and issues
We take care to pack our items to ensure they make it to you in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our items are custom-sourced and seasonal. For that reason, we aren't able to accept returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
